For the first time in months, Texas Tech drops out of the five spot in my rankings. As we’ve known pretty much all year, there are five good teams in this conference. Texas Tech isn’t one of them.

This is yet another collapse by Kliff Kingsbury. I know that plenty of Texas Tech fans don’t want to, but I think it’s time they move on from Kingsbury. Seth Littrell feels like a perfect fit for Lubbock, and eventually, the Red Raiders are going to get sick of going 6-6 or 5-7 every year. I doubt he actually gets fired, but he certainly should be at this point. The Red Raiders have lost four straight.

Well hey, Oklahoma State is good again, for exactly one week, which means they will return to being bad next week against TCU. For this week, however, the Cowboys looked awesome, lighting up West Virginia to the tune of 45 points, and playing the absolute bare minimum of defense needed to win. Taylor Cornelius and Chuba Hubbard were both awesome, and while this is the same team it has been all year, and they’re not great by any means, it’s still good to see the offense play this well in a rebuilding year.
