After weeks of slow start, the Buckeyes offense seemed to have things heading in the right direction against Maryland. The problem? Their defense could not slow down the Terps running game.

This game should not have been as close as it was, as Ohio State beat Maryland eat out a victory After a field to play conversion attempt. Heading into one of the biggest rivalry games in all of college sports against Michigan it was very good for OSU fans to see the offense put up 52 points, but against the nation’s number one defense it might not be smooth sailing.

Haskins was 28 for 38 with 405 yards passing three touchdowns. He also did a lot of damage on the ground, which he is normally not known for as he ran the ball 15 times for 59 yards another three scores.

When Ohio State’s offense is rolling they are tough to stop, but Michigan has All-American talent at every level of the defense. It could be another slow start for Haskins and the offense, but expect him to finish the game with four total touchdowns.
