Devin White. 8. player. 53. . ILB. LSU

Jamie Collins is a prime candidate to be cut this offseason in Cleveland due to the amount of money he is still owed and how poor he has performed in 2018 so far. If that is indeed the case, the Browns could look at grabbing his replacement in Devin White, who is one of the best athletes in this entire class.

White is your prototypical sideline-to-sideline linebacker who also shows an ability to rush the passer. I expect White to be one of the biggest standouts at the 2019 NFL Draft Combine, with an eye-popping 4.4-4.5 40-yard-dash solidifying his spot in the Top 10.

Cleveland is closer to competing than some probably think, and he would be a big addition to what is already one of the NFL’s top defenses – they rank eigth in defensive DVOA in 2018.

If not a linebacker, the Browns could look at finding more weapons for Baker Mayfield, or solidifying his protection up front. That puts the Ole Miss tandem of Greg Little and A.J. Brown in play here, as well as Mayfield’s former teammate, Marquise Brown, although that would be a reach this high.
