If you’re tired of reading about Oklahoma recruits, just imagine how the other nine members of the Big 12 conference feel about them. Adding Trejan Bridges to an already star-studded class, the 2019 Sooners could be more of a problem than usual — and they’ve won the Big 12 nine out of the last 14 seasons, with a chance at a Big 12 Championship on Saturday.

Bridges attends Hebron High School in Carrollton, Texas, and is one of the most sought-after targets among Big 12 teams. He’s collected 21 scholarship offers, but verbally committed to Oklahoma on September 5, 2017.

He turned down offers from Baylor, Iowa State, Kansas, and Texas Tech, among others, but Bridges will get a chance to play those teams since he committed to a member of the Big 12.

Bridges is ranked the No. 58 recruit by 247Sports, No. 188 by ESPN and No. 25 by Rivals. Oklahoma’s Cale Gundy has been Bridges’ primary recruiter throughout the process.
