1. The Huskies already beat Utah this year, on the road no less

Lest we forget, Washington has already notched one victory against Utah this season. On Sept. 15, the Huskies went to Rice-Eccles Stadium in Salt Lake City and emerged with a 21-7 victory on the road.

Of course, not everyone who played in that game will be on the field in Santa Clara. The biggest loss, though, comes on the Utah sideline where Tyler Huntley has been in street clothes since breaking his collarbone against Arizona State.

Myles Gaskin racked up big yards on the Utes in the win. The defense held Utah under 300 total yards of offense, and that figure could be even gaudier with youngster Jason Shelley under center.  And Jake Browning has improved his rapport with his receiving corps since posting only 155 yards through the air against Utah the first time around.

After opening as a 3.5-point favorite, the oddsmakers have pushed the line even further to 5.5 points over the past few days. All signs point to a big Washington win on Friday night.
