2. Can the Toledo front seven get through the FIU offensive line?

James Morgan has had plenty to celebrate this season, thanks to one of the best offensive lines in the country. The Panthers quarterback is 15th nationally in passing efficiency, thanks in large part to the fact that he takes less than a sack per game. FIU ranks third nationally in sacks allowed, giving up only nine total through the entire regular season.

They also rank fifth in tackles for loss allowed, as opponents get through the line fewer than four times per game. Entering the season only Wisconsin, Boston College, and Wake Forest could boast offensive lines with more combined career starts than FIU, and that experience has paid major dividends this year.

That offensive line will present a stern test to a Toledo defense that ranks in the top 25 in both sacks and tackles for loss produced. The Rockets get to the quarterback an average of 2.8 times per game and pile up more than seven tackles for loss each time they suit up. This is the matchup you won’t want to miss
