1. Boise State posts more than 30 points

Boise State should be favored in this game. Not only are the Broncos ranked compared to an unranked Boston College, but they also capped off the season with three more victories than the Eagles.

Like most years in recent history, the Broncos’ offense is engineered as a well-oiled machine and this will come into fruition come next Wednesday. Given the outcome of Boise State’s contests this season, it is tenable to predict that Boise State can score at least 30 points against the Eagles.

Boston College’s defense falls outside the top 50 in the nation, something that could benefit the Boise State offense and be advantageous to scoring.

In 2018, Boise State has produced massive offensive figures. The Broncos average roughly 460 yards per game which culminate in a mean of  2.4 touchdowns per game.

Additionally, The Broncos lowest scoring total came during the first week in October when they scored just 13 points against San Diego State.

While Boise State lost in decisive fashion to a ranked Oklahoma State squad, the Broncos responded by taking down two ranked opponents later in the season: then No. 23 Fresno State and then No. 21 Utah State.

In the 10 wins notched by Boise State, the Broncos averaged an unfathomable 41 points. This points to the explosive offensive tactics employed by Boise State as well as its penchant for dominating teams on the gridiron.

While the Broncos fell in their only contest against a Power 5 team this season, they can avenge the defeat by taking down Boston College, a member of the ACC.
