Ole Miss. Greg Little. 7. player. 52. . OT

The Jaguars could look at reaching for Missouri’s Drew Lock or Duke’s Daniel Jones here, or potentially trading back, if they miss out on Dwayne Haskins. I don’t think they would reach for Lock or Jones, and if they are unable to facilitate a trade, then grabbing an offensive lineman probably makes the most sense.

Jacksonville seems intent on moving on from Blake Bortles this offseason, which puts them firmly in the QB market. This is still a young and talented roster, just a year removed from almost making the Super Bowl. There’s no need to overreact to this season and make a litany of changes, and while it’s foolish to think a team is ever just a QB away, that could actually be the case for the Jaguars.

If they miss on Haskins, look for them to make a move for an available veteran like Nick Foles, Tyrod Taylor, or Joe Flacco, to serve in the very least as a place-holder while they groom a young guy.

As for this pick, bulking up the offensive line will be a priority this offseason regardless of what happens under center. The Jags gave up 53 sacks on the season, tied for the third-worst mark in the NFL. They also ranked 26th in the NFL in yards-per-rush, and with so much heavily invested into Leonard Fournette, they need to solidify his blocking.

They have an intriguing piece at tackle already in former 2nd round pick Cam Robinson. He tore his ACL early in the season and everything went downhill up-front for Jacksonville after that. Finding a guy like Little to bookend their line would help them move back toward contention in the AFC, particularly in a now loaded division.
