4. Kamaar Bell (OG/Moultrie, GA) — 3 Stars

Auburn has long coveted three-star offensive guard Kamaar Bell out of Moultrie, Georgia. He’s another guy who is a high priority due to Auburn’s need for quality depth to fill in after their five starting seniors. Bell has the versatility to play both guard positions as well as center, increasing his value.

Bell took an official visit to Auburn on January 11 and came away very impressed. He left the Plains and declared the Tigers as his leader, going so far as to say they had the advantage by a wide-margin. Things change quickly in recruiting, but that is great sign this close to signing day that Auburn will be able to add him to their class.

They’ll have to hold off late charges from both Louisville and Florida State, however, as Bell’s recruiting has heated up in recent weeks. He took an official visit to Louisville on January 16, and is taking an official visit to Florida State this weekend.

The ‘Noles are the team to watch as they can pitch the early playing time that Auburn cannot. Florida State’s offensive line was a dumpster fire in 2018, and Bell could come in and compete for immediate playing time.

If early playing time isn’t extremely important for Bell, then Auburn is likely to land his signature on signing day. Willie Taggart and Florida State will do what they can to try and convince him otherwise, but this still feels like Auburn’s race to lose.
