No. 4: Bamidele Olaseni, Offensive Tackle

The Longhorns already have one stud offensive lineman committed and signed to the 2019 recruiting class, but adding one — maybe two — more could really stretch the gap between them and their Big 12 counterparts. And since this one, Bamidele Olaseni, is a junior college player, he’ll be ready to play from day one.

Olaseni is a 6-foot-8, 330-pound tackle that played at Garden City C.C. That school might sound familiar to those who watched the Netflix documentary Last Chance U, as Garden City played the feature team, Independence C.C. For Olaseni, it was his second season at Garden City; he’ll be a junior with two years of eligibility wherever he lands.

Unlike most college football players, though, Olaseni is from London, England. He appeared to be a project upon arrival, but turned into a First-Team NJCAA All-American for his efforts on the gridiron during just his second season. His Garden City team boasted the No. 1 rushing attack, in large part due to his success.

Olaseni is a four-star recruit with offers from a number of schools, including Auburn, Kansas State, Ohio State, Oklahoma State and Utah.
