. OT. Alabama. Jonah Williams. 11. player. 56

A three-year starter for Alabama, Jonah Williams is exactly the kind of player Cincinnati needs to begin a rebuild. At this point, what the Bengals do with key pieces like Andy Dalton and A.J. Green remain a mystery, but you cannot pass up a book-end tackle with the skills of Williams.

The Crimson Tide evolved offensively over the past year, showing that Williams can do the same at the next level. Alabama was far removed from a run-first, run-second attack, as Williams helped key the quarterback upright and opened holes for the running backs at the same time.

A native of California, Williams made an impact from the moment he arrived on campus, climbing into the starting lineup. He has earned honors each year for Alabama, and that should continue in the NFL for the next decade-plus.
