Clelin Ferrell. 14. player. 44. . DE. Clemson

One member of the Power Rangers that helped lead the Clemson Tigers to two national championships over the past three years lands with the Atlanta Falcons with the selection of Clelin Ferrell.

Not as hyped coming in as others that played along the defensive line for the Tigers, Ferrell turned himself into an All-American and the 2018 ACC Defensive Player of the Year after making 20 tackles for loss with 11.5 sacks. He also forced three fumbles this past year, knocked down two passes and scored a defensive touchdown.

At 6-foot-5 and 260 pounds, Ferrell has no trouble matching up against bigger offensive linemen. He also has excellent speed, which has allowed him to make 27 sacks and 50.5 tackles behind the line of scrimmage over the past three years.

The Falcons missed the playoffs two years removed from making the Super Bowl. They were 27th against the pass and 25th against the rush on defense this past season, two areas that Ferrell greatly impacts when he arrives.
