We are book ending the list with two Ohio State players. Despite not playing most of the last season due to injury, defensive end Nick Bosa is arguably the best player in this year’s draft.

Bosa had an outstanding sophomore year in 2017 for the Buckeyes. Finished with 34 total tackles, 16 tackles for loss, and 8.5 sacks. He was named Big Ten defensive lineman of the year. Last season Bosa only played in three games before undergoing core muscle surgery and he was ruled out indefinitely. In October he withdrew from Ohio State to focus on preparing for the NFL Draft.

It is completely understandable why Bosa did not want to risk another injury, but it could have been beneficial to come back for the 2019 season to show NFL teams he was completely healthy.

Bosa projects to be a dominant force from any spot along the defensive line in the NFL. Just like his brother Joey, he should be an elite edge rusher. Bosa has a fantastic motor and does not quit on plays.

One of his best traits is the use of his hands with an excellent swim move to shed blockers. He’s great in defending the run, but his explosiveness to get to the quarterback excites the scouts the most. Bosa is a complete player ready for prime time.
