His small frame – 5-foot-10, 190 pounds – didn’t keep Justice Hill from a productive rushing college career with the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Hill initially broke out during his sophomore campaign in 2017 and added another fruitful season in 2018.

After racing to 1,467 yards and 15 touchdowns in 2017, injuries slowed Hill’s production to 930 yards and nine touchdowns in 2018. Yet, had Hill played in every game in 2018, his stats would have outpaced his numbers from 2017. His senior year could have been equally impressive, but Hill decided to skip his final season and take his talent to the NFL.

A barnburner with explosive play ability, Hill should find plenty of opportunity at the next level. According to NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah, Hill scored nine touchdowns of over 20 yards in 2018. Obviously, his speed will draw the most attention from scouts, but Hill also proved himself to be a reliable receiver out of the backfield for the Cowboys.

Because of his good hands and route running technique, teams could utilize Hill out of the backfield or even in the slot. And with his copious agility and speed, Hill could easily gobble up plenty of yards after a catch against slower linebackers.
