3 – DT Quinnen Williams – New York Jets

New York needed picks here, but settling for a dominant interior rusher isn’t the worst outcome. Quinnen Williams has franchise-changing ability. Grade: A-

4 – EDGE Clelin Ferrell – Oakland Raiders

This was an early pick, but not a bad one. Clelin Ferrell is an elite pass rusher who is going to make a difference on the field for the Raiders right away. Grade: B+

5 – LB Devin White – Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tampa Bay let the top linebacker on the board fall to them at No. 5 and didn’t overthink this pick. White is rangy and quick, the type of player who could stick in the NFL for a decade. Grade: A

6 – QB Daniel Jones – New York Giants

What’s the grade below F? Daniel Jones was mediocre at Duke and now he’s supposed to be an NFL starter? Pass. Grade: F

7 – EDGE Josh Allen – Jacksonville Jaguars

Allen could have gone off the board as early as No. 2, but falls to Jacksonville at No. 7. The Jags get back to their defensive root with a high-floor player. Grade: A+
