8 – TE TJ Hockenson – Detroit Lions

Detroit fans are wary of another first-round tight end, and for good reason, but Hockenson is a cut above their previous attempts. Grade: C+

9 – DT Ed Oliver – Buffalo Bills

Ed Oliver is the most versatile pass rusher in this draft. Buffalo made the easy decision to scoop him up. Grade: A+

10 – LB Devin Bush – Pittsburgh Steelers

Pittsburgh has seemingly always had a reliable middle linebacker to lead their defense. They needed a replacement for Ryan Shazier and traded up to get him. Grade: A

11 – OT Jonah Williams – Cincinnati Bengals

With no top-flight options at quarterback to sit behind Andy Dalton, the Bengals did the next best thing and found their start a big body to protect him. Grade: B-

12 – EDGE Rashan Gary – Green Bay Packers

This was a dice roll. If it works out, the Packers are geniuses. If not… this has the potential to become the biggest bust of the first round. Grade: C-
