23 – OT Tytus Howard Houston Texans

After watching the Eagles steal their pick, the Texans settled for a project player who might not be a viable starter in Week 1. Grade: D-

24 – RB Josh Jacobs Oakland Raiders

A running back in the first round is ordinarily a reach, but it’s one you can afford when you have three first round picks. Jacobs will make an instant impact. Grade: B

25 – WR Marquise Brown – Baltimore Ravens

If Lamar Jackson can find him downfield, Hollywood Brown could be the best receiver in this class. That’s not a guarantee, making this a tough sell. Grade: C

26 – EDGE Montez Sweat – Washington Redskins

Montez Sweat is a Top 5 player in this class based on pure talent. If he can stay healthy and put to bed any off-field concerns the Redskins might have just struck gold. Grade: B

27 – S Johnathan Abram – Oakland Raiders

Another Mississippi State player off the board in the first round, Abram is going to be a reliable option in the secondary for years to come. Grade: B
