28 – DT Jerry Tillery – Los Angeles Chargers

Tillery is a fine player, but unless Los Angeles trades for Josh Rosen this could end up being a pick that sets the franchise back significantly once Phillip Rivers is through. Grade: D

29 – EDGE LJ Collier – Seattle Seahawks

This is a stark departure from Frank Clark. Seattle might have been better off trading this pick like they did their subsequent first round selection if this was the best they could do. Grade: D

30 – CB Deandre Baker – New York Giants

Deandre Baker wasn’t the No. 1 corner on anybody’s board, except for the Giants, apparently. A comparable option would have been available on Day 2. Three strikes, you’re out New York. Grade: D

Next. Building the perfect college football super team. dark

31 – OT Kaleb McGary – Atlanta Falcons

Another guy off the board a bit sooner than most expect, McGary has the traits to be a serviceable tackle with strong collegiate tape. Grade: C

32 – WR N’Keal Harry – New England Patriots

Chess instead of checkers. New England gets the most talented pass catcher in the draft after the rest of the league had their chance to draft him first. Grade: A+
