10. Jake Fromm, QB, Georgia

Jake Fromm is one of the top quarterbacks in the country, and he has another year to add to his legacy at Georgia. After leading his team to the College Football Playoff in his freshman year, expectations were high for him as a sophomore. He might have not made it back to the CFP, but he still had a successful year.

Fans who would choose to play as Fromm would love his ability to throw darts in the pocket. He’s a sneaky scrambler, but most of his plays are going to be made with his arm talent. He has the talent around him to help him in this way, and it would be a fun character to use.

Fromm also is one of the better known athletes in college football. He’s no Tua or Lawrence, but many media members will be talking about Fromm as the season progresses. Also, he will be a top NFL Draft prospect in 2020, and that alone will give him enough buzz to earn a spot in the discussion for who deserves to be the cover athlete.

I honestly don’t see Fromm being on the cover unless they pick multiple players like they did on NBA 2K16, but I am also expecting a lot from him this season as a player. If he breaks a few records and carries Georgia to the College Football Playoff, he might be a dark horse candidate for the cover.
