This is one of those remaining games that could catch the Huskies off guard if they’re not careful. A Pac-12 North title will still be within reach, but Washington needs to take care of a major South contender in Utah — a team it beat twice last season.

Utah brings back Tyler Huntley and Zack Moss, two guys who weren’t present for the conference championship game a year ago. That’s going to make life even more difficult on Washington, but home-field advantage will play a major role in this early-November battle.

Jacob Eason will struggle a bit against the Utes’ solid secondary but Salvon Ahmed is going to reach 100 yards on the ground yet again, piecing together a quietly good season — he may be close to 1,000 yards on the season at this point in the year.

In a rematch of the Pac-12 title game a year ago, Washington will once again prove it’s just too strong for Utah with a seven-point win at home. Despite two losses in the previous three games, the Huskies will bounce back and stay alive in the race for the North.

Final Score: Utah 17, Washington 24 (7-2, 4-2)
