J.K. Dobbins is without a doubt the top dog in the Buckeye backfield. Dobbins has proved he is one of the best running backs in the country after rushing for consecutive 1,000 yard seasons.

However, Dobbins cannot be expected to carry the load every down for Ohio State. Last season he split carries with Mike Weber which turned out to be an effective duo.

Weber is now a member of the Dallas Cowboys and Ohio State needs another running back on the roster to step up in place of him.

Enter, Master Teague.

Last season Teague impressed coaches and fans in his limited action. He rushed for 106 yards and one touchdown on just 17 carries.

The former four-star recruit from Murfreesboro, Tenn., is poised to see more action in 2019.

Teague is more of a power runner than Dobbins and could see some action near the goal-line. Additionally, if Dobbins were to suffer an injury it is highly likely that Teague would be the man to replace him.

A strong spring performance from Teague has him penciled in as the No. 2 running back heading into fall camp.
