5. Najee Harris, Alabama

Alabama didn’t have a back hit the 1,000-yard mark in 2018, but that could be set to change in a big way this year. After being a three-back ensemble, with Najee Harris, Damien Harris, and Josh Jacobs, in 2018, it is Najee that will be the man this year.

Last season, Najee rushed for 783 yards, four touchdowns, and led the team by averaging 6.7 yards per carry. The other two backs combined for 1,516 yards and 20 touchdowns. Brian Robinson Jr. will get carries this year, but Harris is unquestionably the number one back.

On an Alabama team that will be in revenge mode after their title game embarrassment, Harris is poised to have a monster year.
