NC State Football: Will youth movement pay dividends in 2019?

Wolfpack offense may be in rebuild mode
The Wolfpack are rebuilding their offense this season, and will do so under a new offensive regime. Former offensive coordinator Eli Drinkwitz is off to Boone, N.C., to lead Appalachian State.
Dave Doeren promoted assistants Des Kitchings and George McDonald to co-offensive coordinators, though. He also hired a new offensive line coach John Garrison. With these new coordinators come retooling the offense, starting with the quarterback position.
After ruling out Ty Evans from the competition in the spring, Doeren and his new offensive staff have to decide between Matt McKay, Devin Leary and Bailey Hockman during fall camp.
Along with a new quarterback this season, the Wolfpack will have a new workhorse at running back. Reggie Gallaspy is gone and looking to replace his production is a group of young running backs led by Ricky Person.
The biggest challenge for this new offensive regime is replacing three offensive linemen that includes center Garrett Bradbury.
