1. Nebraska will join the elite 900-win club

The Huskers have been playing football since 1890 and enters the 2019 season with 897 wins, which is tied for sixth all-time.

The only football programs with 900 wins is Michigan, Ohio State, Texas, Yale and Alabama. Nebraska should reach that elite status before the end of September, which will be monumental for the blue-blood program.

So much blood, sweat and tears have been poured into Husker football and accomplishing this feat will solidify that Nebraska is truly back. The program’s 900th win will be for all the Academic All-Americans, walk-ons, fallen players and coaches, but most importantly for the fans.
