In their final game in front of the 12th Man, the Aggies take on the South Carolina Gamecocks. While on paper this look to be a win for the Aggies, what is looming ahead in the final weeks could make this a trap game for the Aggies.

South Carolina will be one of the most improved teams in the SEC this year and show their teeth early, jumping out to a 10-0 lead early in the first quarter.

The Gamecocks also control the majority of the first half as they enter halftime with a 17-7 lead. It’s reality check time for the Aggies and they answer the wake up call in the second half, scoring 14 unanswered points to take their first lead of the game.

The Aggies keep the momentum and never give up their lead, allowing the Gamecocks to score just three points in the second half. Texas A&M escapes the near-upset.
