In their biggest game of the season, the Aggies take on the Alabama Crimson Tide. The hype around this game has the same feel as 2012, the last year the Aggies took down the Tide. Will the Aggies be able to put their name among the elite or will they have to wait another year to roll the Tide?

The 12th Man is in full affect for one of the biggest games in program history. And after a quick touchdown from the Tide, the Aggies settle in and enter the second quarter down 7-3.

The second quarter is pivotal as both teams look to gain some separation in momentum. Unfortunately for the Aggies, momentum doesn’t swing their way as a late second quarter turnover is capitalized by Alabama and the Aggies find themselves down 21-13 at halftime.

The second half is a defensive slugfest and the third quarter sees zero points scored from both teams. Alabama grabs three points mid way through the fourth quarter and the Aggies find themselves down two possessions. After a big stop by the Aggie defense, Texas A&M knocks down the deficit to four as the score a late touchdown.

But it’s a little too late as the Tide get the ball and run the rest of the clock out. A tough fight but it’s not enough for the Aggies.

Final: Alabama 24, Texas A&M 20 (4-2, 2-1)
