10. Broncos: Derrick Brown, DT, Auburn

Derrick Brown has the size and quickness to be a force in the middle. He’s big and powerful enough to stop the run in the middle, but has the speed to get after the quarterback as well.

Brown has an innate ability to get upfield and penetrate the offensive line. He has a tremendous first step.

The question for Brown is his technique. His ability to get out of tough situations is lacking, and a lot of times, it’s due to poor technique.

Brown is a tremendous athlete. If he goes to Denver, he’ll be playing for a Vic Fangio-led team. He’ll get the defensive coaching, and the upside is exciting.
