4. Buccaneers: Justin Herbert, QB, Oregon

Sunday’s result only confirms what many have said for a while, that it is time for the Buccaneers to move on from Jameis Winston. While he has a big arm and was great in college, Winston hasn’t had success in over four seasons.

For this franchise, Justin Herbert is the way to go. He would be a welcome, stable passer after the inconsistencies and erratic tendencies of Winston.

Herbert checks all the boxes. He’s tall and he has a strong arm. He has the ability to move in and out of the pocket, but running isn’t his goal. He can make all the throws in the NFL.

It would be exciting to pair Herbert with Bruce Arians as well. With the right coaching and development, Herbert could turn into an elite quarterback one day.
