3. Georgia

Saturday was a tremendous football game for the Bulldogs, but it was an even better showing the the Georgia faithful. Arkansas State coach Blake Anderson lost his wife Wendy to cancer recently, and Georgia paid tribute in beautiful fashion.

On the field, the Bulldogs handled their business. They amassed 268 yards on the ground, and Jake Fromm threw for 279 and three touchdowns. Stetson Bennett was once again solid in relief, going 9-of-10 for 109 yards.

What’s next for the Bulldogs?

Kirby Smart’s team is in the game of the week. They’ll play host to Notre Dame on Saturday, in the first big test for the Bulldogs.

The Fighting Irish are 2-0, and they beat New Mexico in blowout fashion on Saturday.
