Scouting Report. Pick Analysis. won 45-19 at BYU. 9/28 vs. USC. Washington Huskies. 18. player. 818

Chris Petersen’s team did not fall into the same trap that the Trojans did in Week 3, as they took care of business on their visit to LaVell Edwards Stadium. Washington made short work of BYU on Saturday afternoon in Provo, dismantling the Cougars 45-19 with a balanced effort that ensured the Huskies will remain in the AP Top 25 for another week after they took a big tumble a fortnight earlier.

Jacob Eason finally had his breakout performance for the Huskies, throwing for 290 yards and three scores on 24-of-28 passing. The running game had a hard time heating up, putting up just 48 rushing yards in the first half on 16 carries. But Washington found their stride after the intermission, running for 139 yards and and a touchdown on 23 second-half carries as the Huskies pulled away on the road.
