The Cincinnati Bearcats have had a great start to their season. Beating UCLA at home who is now trending upwards and only losing to a great Ohio State team. They may not be in the top 25 in the country, but they are surely one of the top dogs in the AAC. The Bearcats are also 3.5 points favorites on the road this weekend at Marshall which goes to show you the respect people have for this team.

Marshall comes into the matchup 2-1 as well with their only loss at Boise State by just seven points on the Blue Turf. Marshall is a sneaky good team that could really cause the Bearcats issues, especially at home. The Thundering Herd tout a 233 rushing yards per game average and really make you play disciplined as they are as balanced as anyone in the country.

Marshall came into the year as one of the teams that was flying under the radar in the Group of Five and had an early test against Boise State. Although they came out of Boise with a loss, they are still on track to have a great year and get bowl eligible.

Look out for the Bearcats to find trouble in the C-USA opponent going into Huntington, West Virginia. The Bearcats will have to stop running back Brenden Knox and the Herd. Expect a lot of clock management from the Herd to take this one down to the wire.
