2. Force Turnovers

One of the main reasons why the Knights were even able to crawl back into the Pitt game last week was because of the turnovers they were able to create. With three interceptions and a fumble recovery, the UCF defense was all over the place in the second half.

The UConn offense is only averaging 170 passing yards through the first four games. This tells us that they will likely try to ground and pound the UCF team and manage the clock as best as they can. The Knight defense is going to have to try and force turnovers to get more possessions for their offense if they want to cover this big of a spread.

Connecticut is prone to mistakes, and the UCF defense should be able to exploit them on Saturday. Only averaging less than 300 yards total a game, the Husky offense doesn’t necessarily strike you as dangerous.
