17. How do teams still unbeaten Big Ten play rank?

  1. Ohio State: Easily the No. 1 team in the Big after easy victories on the road versus Nebraska and Indiana where they scored a combined 99 points and only allowed a total of 17.
  2. Michigan State: An impressive road win over Northwestern 31-10 as well as a gutsy 40-31 victory over Indiana. The Spartans are averaging 35.5 points a game in conference play which is a major improvement.
  3. Wisconsin: After a dominating game against Michigan where they won 35-14, the Badgers struggled at home against a Northwestern team that did not play well against the Spartans. The Badgers have yet to play a road game in the Big Ten.
  4. Penn State: The Nittany Lions have only played one Big Ten game but they dominated Maryland on the road, winning 59-0.
  5. Iowa: The Hawkeyes, like Penn State, have only played one Big Ten game so far. They did dominate an inferior opponent at home by beating Rutgers 30-0.
  6. Minnesota:The Gophers won their only Big Ten game thus far by winning on the road at Purdue by a score of 38-31.

16. What are the odds that Jonathan Taylor wins the Heisman?

Unfortunately, not as good of odds as early in the season. He has had a good productive season up to this point but not spectacular. He has 559 yards on 84 carries for an average of 6.7 yards per carry. He also has eight rushing touchdowns after four games played and nine receptions with three more touchdowns as well.

The hope for him is that Wisconsin remains undefeated and beats Ohio State in the Big Ten Championship Game in Indianapolis. He also must stay healthy but as of now I would put his chances at 15 percent to win the Heisman.
