2. KJ is about to go Ham(ler)

College football has some of the best talent at the wide receiver position, probably ever, in 2019. And one of the most exciting play-making receivers resides in State College.

KJ Hamler jumped into the spotlight last season, making plays on the ground, through the air and in the return game. And this season has been no different. Hamler has three touchdowns on the season and with just 16 receptions, he’s averaging over 22 yards per catch. He is well on his way to better numbers than his freshman season.

In October, Hamler will break the 1,000-yard mark for all-purpose producation on the season. While he will continue to put up his averages in the receiving game, Hamler becomes utilized more in the ground game and finally breaks off some big returns on special teams.

Hamler has amazing speed, just ask Ohio State, and has the ability to break ankles, just ask Maryland. He’s not the biggest target but Hamler is definitely one of the most dangerous and will have opposing defenses looking silly all month long.
