1. D’Andre Swift is a helluva threat

D’Andre Swift has proven that he is a bell cow back for the Georgia Bulldog offense game after game. In the last two games, Swift has averaged 17.5 rushes per game. He continues to be one of those backs that look like their energy tank only grows as the game progresses.

This day and age, a running back cannot be one dimensional. They have to be involved in the passing game to be truly effective. Swift once again showed tonight that he is extremely capable of bringing the ball out of the sky. In previous games, he only had 6 grabs for 75 yards. His aforementioned stat line of four grabs for 72 yards almost matched his total coming into the game.

Any time the ball is put into his hands, no matter how it gets there, Swift is always a threat to take it to the house. He is always considered to be in the upper echelon of running backs in the country. His playmaking ability on the ground is going to open up more for the passing game as the unforgiving SEC schedule progresses.

The play-action pass at Georgia should be one of the more effective play actions in the entire country. The threat is real on both levels and defensive coordinators must be pulling their hair out after the continued success of the Bulldog offense.
