(5-1). 1. 820. . at Washington. Oregon Ducks. player.

Oregon travels to Seattle to take on the Huskies Saturday afternoon in a pivotal Pac-12 match-up. The Ducks are slight three-point favorites in the battle of top 25 teams.

Since an opening game loss to Auburn, the Ducks have been on a roll winning five straight. Right now they look to be the class of the Pac-12 with the conference having no overall undefeated teams left. The Ducks are the only undefeated team in conference.

The Ducks defense is one of the best in the nation, allowing a mere 8.7 points per game. Quarterback Justin Herbert has been money, throwing for 1,600 yards and 17 touchdowns with only one interception.

Washington has not looked the same this year compared to their last three seasons. Sure they are 5-2, but they are only 2-2 in conference with losses to Cal and Stanford. Against Arizona last week, it took them a half before the offense clicked into high gear, dropping 51 points on the Wildcats. The Huskies defense also has not been as stellar as in year’s past.

On paper, the Ducks are clearly the better team coming into this game. However, the Huskies have their backs against the wall.

With two conference losses already, they cannot lose a third. Teams in this position can be dangerous and with Washington at home, makes them all the more likely to pull the upset. The Pac-12 is weird and expect more weirdness to happen Saturday with Washington taking out top conference contender Oregon.
