College GameDay is headed to Happy Valley on Saturday morning as Penn State hosts Michigan in a major Week 8 battle for Big Ten East bragging rights.

Penn State is the subject of Week 8’s College GameDay show. The Nittany Lions are unbeaten this season and they’ll be hosting Michigan for a Saturday night showdown in front of a whiteout crowd in Happy Valley.

This is one of those games that could either prove the doubters right or shock the nation.

Everyone will be picking Penn State to win this one at home, but Michigan began the season as a top-10 team for a reason. It was assumed that the Big Ten was the Wolverines’ to lose, but that has not been the case thus far. Right now, it looks like Ohio State runs the conference and everyone is just trying to play catch-up.

Michigan and Jim Harbaugh are trying to prove everyone wrong while Penn State wants to show that it belongs in the “elite” conversation this season. A convincing win over the Wolverines could do just that.

These two teams are somewhat un-figured out and that will change on Saturday night, but before the big game, you need to tune in to the festivities of College GameDay.

Here’s how you can watch College GameDay from State College:

Date: Saturday, Oct. 19
Time: 9 a.m. ET
Location: State College, Penn.
TV: ABC
Live Stream: WatchESPN

The Nittany Lions may have all the momentum heading into this game, but Michigan always seems to play Penn State tough. Will we see an upset in Happy Valley?
