Memphis Tigers
(6-1) at Tulsa

The Memphis Tigers are currently ranked No. 25 in the Coaches Poll. They have traveled a long ways back after losing to Temple just two weeks ago at home. The Tigers still have a ton of football to play and some of their hardest matchups to come. With SMU and Cincinnati still on the schedule in the next five weeks, the Tigers have a lot to prepare for.

Going on the road is never easy in college football. When you think of Tulsa you also don’t think of a stadium that is going to have a ruckus crowd with tons of noise. Being 10.5-point home underdogs also says a lot about what people think of this game. There could be a major shock for no other reason that the Tigers getting caught looking ahead.

Listen, Tulsa is 2-5 and has not played well after losing three straight weeks coming back home. They did, however, show life against a ranked Cincinnati team on the road last week only losing 24-13. This is a game where Tulsa is on the upswing and could surprise Memphis with them looking ahead to SMU next week.
