5 players we missed out on playing in EA Sports NCAA Football
Kyler Murray was able to do it all with his time at Oklahoma. He accomplished just about everything you could hope to accomplish in his short time with the Sooners. After transferring from Texas A&M, Murray went on to win a Heisman trophy and also get selected #1 in the 2018 NFL draft.
Accumulating all of these accolades is one thing, but his arm strength and speed combined would have made for an incredible NCAA Football quarterback experience. Murray passed for over 4300 yards and ran for another 1000 his junior year at Oklahoma. He might have come out to put his name in the draft after only his junior season, but he was a force to be reckoned with.
Playing with Kyler Murray in NCAA would have been pretty similar to playing with Mike Vick in Madden 2005. His ability to escape the pocket, throw on the run and make magic happen gives you a heartache when you think about playing him in the video game. The fact that we were not able to play with Murray in any of these games is a downright crime.
