3. Kedon Slovis stays hot

Kedon Slovis has been a surprising bright spot for the Trojans in 2019. Filling in for starter JT Daniels from the very start after an injury, he has looked great with his opportunities. Slovis was hampered by a concussion early on in the season but yet again bounced back nicely and has been a great asset for the Trojans.

Throwing for over 400 yards just last week, the young USC quarterback seems to have found his rhythm. Slovis has six passing touchdowns in the last two games although the opponents for the Trojans have been less than admirable.

Oregon struggled last week against the air raid offense while WSU quarterback Anthony Gordon was able to find the endzone three times. The strength for the Ducks defense is most definitely their run defense and front seven. We should see Slovis sling it all over the field if he can buy some extra time.

This will be a great challenge for the Oregon defense with a USC team that is loaded with playmakers on the outside.
