Pick Analysis. 25. Scouting Report. won 34-3 vs. Northwestern. idle in Week 11. Indiana Hoosiers. player. 813

Indiana has quietly put together their first winning season since the early 1990s, guaranteeing that they will finish above .500 with a quarter of the regular season still to play. In Week 10, the Hoosiers toppled the defending Big Ten West champions in a 34-3 whitewashing in Bloomington that shored up bowl eligibility and put Indiana on the radar of the College Football Playoff selection committee heading into their first series of deliberations.

Stevie Scott III ran for 116 yards and two touchdowns, and the running back added a 20-yard touchdown catch to boost his contribution to the Hoosiers win. Michael Penix Jr. and Peyton Ramsey split time at quarterback, combining to go 17-of-25 for 270 yards and a touchdown. The defense held the Wildcats to 199 total yards of offense as only a second-quarter field goal prevented an Indiana shutout of Northwestern.

Following their Week 11 bye, the Hoosiers head to State College for what will surprisingly be a ranked showdown in mid-November. If they happen to topple the Nittany Lions, Michigan and then Purdue await on the other side of the month.
