2. No. 16 Kansas State at Texas

Kansas State comes into this game sitting at 6-2 while Texas is 5-3. Texas is coming off a bye week, which was needed. The previous week, the Longhorns lost to TCU and that knocked them out of the AP Top 25.

With two losses in Big 12 play, that would put most teams out of the conference championship race, but with this league being as crazy as it is, the Longhorns are still in it. Despite Kansas State being ranked and Texas not, the Longhorns are still seven-point favorites.

Kansas State is coming off two big wins and they are starting to find their groove. After losing their first two conference games to Oklahoma State and Baylor, the Wildcats have won three straight, including their big upset win over Oklahoma. This past week, they dominated in-state rival Kansas. Quarterback Skylar Thompson is playing great football right now and will look to lead the Wildcats into Austin to pull off another upset.

This should be a close game that comes down to the end as both teams have a lot riding on this one.
