5. Justin Fields, Ohio State — Draft eligible: 2021

Justin Fields was one of the most-hyped recruits in the nation in 2018, and he’s proving why in 2019. His numbers have been staggering, completing 69 percent of his passes, scoring 41 total touchdowns with just one interception. He’s the real deal, and has been one of the main cogs to the Ohio State machine that looks like the best team in the country.

Scouting out Fields, he’s going to be excellent in a heavy RPO kind of offense, with quick passes and an ability to improvise on the fly.

Where the question marks for Fields remain are in his ability to go through progressions, which he hasn’t had to do a lot of, and the history with Ohio State quarterbacks in the NFL. There hasn’t been a lot of success at the position from the Buckeyes, but Fields certainly has the talent to make it at the next level.
