1. No. 20 Boise State at Utah State

This game is flying under the radar for many reasons. No. 1, it is a Mountain West game and while they play fantastic football, not every casual fan keeps up with the conference. No. 2, it’s a late game that is starting at at 10:30 p.m. ET.

While Boise is 9-1 and Utah State is 6-4, this game could determine who goes to the Mountain West Championship Game from the Mountain division. Boise State is 6-0 and Utah State is 5-1 in conference.

Boise State has battled injuries all season, but is still the favorite to win the conference. The Broncos have had to play multiple quarterbacks due to injury, but have managed well. This hasn’t been your typical dominant Boise team, but they keep finding ways to win.

Utah State had an extremely tough non-conference schedule, but the Aggies’ only loss is to Air Force in the conference. They will need Air Force to lose another game for them to have a chance to go to the conference championship game. The Aggies’ star quarterback Jordan Love was injured in last week’s win against Wyoming. There has not been an update on his status, but if he isn’t able to go, Henry Colombi will be under center for the Aggies.
