2. Camping World Bowl (Orlando, Fla.) – Dec. 28, 12 p.m. ET, ABC

How does another holiday trip to Disney World sound, Cowboy fans? OSU might be in the running for its second Camping World bowl berth in three years, after defeating Virginia Tech in the 2017 iteration, 30-21.

It is rumored, too, that Notre Dame is a serious candidate for this Orlando-based bowl game. The Fighting Irish and the Cowboys have never met on the football field. The game could feature a meeting between college football’s national champions from 1945 to 1947 — yes, remember that the AFCA awarded OSU the 1945 national title three years ago? This preceded Notre Dame’s national championships in 1946 and 1947.

1. Texas Bowl (Houston, Texas) – Dec. 27, 6:45 p.m. ET, ESPN

Though most of the Big 12, it seems, has received a berth to the Texas Bowl in Houston at some point during the game’s 14-year existence, Oklahoma State has not. Currently, CBS, Athlon Sports and The Sporting News predict that OSU will end up in the Texas Bowl later this month.
