2. How does Georgia replace its offensive production?

All Georgia has to do on offense is replace their leading passer, rusher, receiver and four starters along the offensive line, along with having a new offensive coordinator and offensive line coach. I mean really that’s it.

Georgia ranks 99th in returning offensive production this season. I believe that this the biggest on-field question that the Dawgs need to answer this season and would be No. 1 if there wasn’t a familiar question that every Georgia fan has been asking for 40 years.

Enter Wake forest transfer Jamie Newman — Pro Football Focus ranks Newman as the third-best returning quarterback in college football this season only behind two guys named Trevor Lawrence and Justin Fields. That’s some pretty high praise.

Replacing D’Andre swift will be one of or a combination of James Cook, Zamir White, Kenny Mcintosh or incoming freshman Kendall Milton. That is a lot of talent in the backfield and I think that Georgia will be fine at running back with any of these guys.

At receiver, Lawrence Cager was an incredibly reliable target for the Dawgs last year and with him gone, they will need George Pickens to live up to his superstar potential, Dominick Blaylock to come back healthy after tearing his ACL last season and Demetris Robertson to finally live up to the hype.

Up front, the Bulldogs will be replacing four starters along their offensive line after Andrew Thomas, Isaiah Wilson and Solomon Kindley are off to the NFL and Cade Mays decided to transfer to Tennessee, they will also have to replace their offensive line coach and ace recruiter Sam Pittman with former Ole Miss head coach Matt Luke.

Georgia has eleven former blue-chip recruits on the offensive line so talent will not be the issue.
