9. player. 850. Scouting Report. Nov. 7. Columbia (S.C.). South Carolina Gamecocks. Pick Analysis

I know that Georgia fans have had this game circled on their calendars ever since the shocking upset a year ago. There are a lot of very intriguing storylines heading into this game: this is a big revenge game for Georgia, former Bulldog offensive coordinator and Colorado State head coach Mike Bobo is the new offensive coordinator for the Gamecocks, Will Muschamp under pressure.

WIlliams-Brice Stadium is a very tough place to play and Gamecocks’ quarterback Ryan Hilinski was very underrated last season. These two teams are on a different level though and Georgia will be very motivated and will be more than ready to play when this game comes around on the schedule.

Final Score: Georgia 38, SC 17 (8-1, 5-1)

Pick Analysis. Athens (Ga.). Tennessee Volunteers. 839. Scouting Report. Nov. 14. 10. player

I actually think that this could be the first intriguing Georgia vs. Tennessee game in several years. The Volunteers are returning several starters, including offensive linemen Trey Smith. This is also another former coordinator matchup with Tennessee offensive coordinator Jim Chaney facing off against his old team.

I think this will be Georgia’s trap game this season. In the past, the SEC East may already be in hand in, but Georgia has turned in one really bad (Auburn 2017) or really strange (South Carolina last season) performance each season.

I don’t think the Volunteers are ready for this one just yet but it seems like Jeremy Pruitt is going in the right direction. Maybe 2021, Tennessee fans. Georgia wins this one and clinches their fourth straight SEC East title.

Final Score: Tennessee 24, Georgia 35 (9-1, 6-1)
