The last time that these two teams in Lexington, they met as top ten teams with the SEC East title on the line. I don’t think we are in for a game of that magnitude, but this game screams trap game. With the SEC East already wrapped up and their eyes on the SEC title and potential College Football Playoff game, I think that Georgia will come into this game sleepwalking a little bit and be caught off guard.
Mark Stoops has done a good job of maintaining success at a program like Kentucky and is a very good coach. However, the Bulldogs escape Lexington with a win.
Final Score: Georgia 24, Kentucky 20 (10-1, 7-1)
Georgia has been dominant in this series, winning three straight and all by at least 24 points and frankly, that shouldn’t change in 2020.
Geoff Collins still has a big rebuilding project in front of him in Atlanta and is heading in the right direction but the Bulldogs overwhelm the Jackets in Athens and cap off a great regular season with a blowout in the rivalry game.
Final Score: Georgia Tech 14, Georgia 49 (11-1, 7-1)
