South Carolina Football: Way-too-early 2020 game-by-game predictions
After a bye week, this will be yet another challenging home game for the Gamecocks. Texas A&M was another team who was the victim of their schedule last season losing to Clemson, Alabama, Georgia, Auburn and LSU last season. Yeah, that’s a tough schedule.
The Aggies return Kellen Mond and are bringing in back to back top-five signing classes under head coach Jimbo Fisher. This could be a potential upset spot because I think that Mond is overrated and Williams Brice stadium is a tough place to play.
The Aggies walk into Columbia and come out alive and the pressure will start to mount on Will Muschamp.
Final Score: South Carolina 24, Texas A&M 27 (4-3, 2-3)
After three really tough games, South Carolina will go on the road to take on the Commodores in what will be a must-win for the Gamecocks bowl game hopes.
This will be a game between two coaches in Will Muschamp and Derek Mason who are both on the hot seat going into the 2020 season and they will both be looking to score a win here. South Carolina will get the win here and finish up the month of October 1-3 after starting the season 4-0.
Final Score: South Carolina 35, Vanderbilt 24 (5-3, 3-3)
