NFL Draft 2020: Tua Tagovailoa to Dolphins a lock in latest mock
The Cleveland Browns enter the 2020 NFL Draft with the need for an offensive line, safety and linebacker. The Browns ended the 2019 season with a 6-10 record and won their last game on Dec. 8 against the Bengals. Cleveland also defeated the Jets, Ravens, Bills and Dolphins before the last victory of the season.
Xavier McKinney, a defensive back from Alabama, is leaving the Crimson Tide football program after his junior year.
In 2019, he recorded 95 total tackles, 59 solo and 36 assists in addition to three interceptions for 78 yards and a touchdown. McKinney also posted five pass deflections, one fumble recovery and four forced fumbles last season.
McKinney’s career record boasts 175 total tackles — 108 of them solo with 67 assists — five interceptions for 101 yards, two touchdowns, 15 pass deflections, one forced recovery and six forced fumbles.
McKinney was a definitive part of the Alabama defense and will provide the Browns with a strong defensive back.
